Ali is a Producer, Director, and Screenwriter with 19 years experience in Film, Commercials, and Video Marketing who brings a friendly tenacity to every project. Trained in the trenches of Hollywood, Sundance Film Institute and on the sets for over 2,500 Film and Marketing projects, Ali is dedicated to to the delivery of beautiful, high-quality media that combines cinematic style with smart marketing. These specific strategies build clients’ on-camera confidence, image, and brand strength to accelerate growth and sales. 

After graduating from the University of Utah in Film Studies, Alysha worked for ABC4 Utah and the CW30 channel as a Producer, TV Host, and Editor responsible for creating and delivering video spots and promotions within a newsmaker’s timeline. In addition to mastering fast deadlines for the news, Alysha has produced, directed and edited thousands of promo and marketing videos for private businesses and YouTube entrepreneurs needing daily content. Alysha brings her experience from all three phases of production to help clients develop professional camera presence and brand-conscious, quality video messaging that hits its mark.

Ariel Lyon is a freelance video editor living in Los Angeles, California. After graduating from Boston University with a degree in Film and Television she became a Producer and Editor for The Younger You with Troy Thompson, a 30-minute weekly talk show that aired on ABC4 Utah.  

Since moving to Los Angeles, she has mostly worked as a social media content coordinator with Dick Clark Productions and as a freelance video editor. Ariel has worked on several productions including The Golden Globes, Dick Clark's New Years Rockin' Eve, The Billboard Music Awards and more.

Sebastian completed a BS in Digital Cinema, adding to his 18 years combined experience as an actor, musician and filmmaker working on both Hollywood and Indie productions. He has worked for Creativitology LLC as a multi-faceted content creator over dozens of YouTube channels and brings to the Motormind Alliance a focus on cutting edge creativity, monetization, engagement and viewer experience while helping every filming day to be both innovative and fun, as clients learn from his many years on both sides of the camera.

Colton is a Film and Media Studies graduate, with a focus on photography and marketing design. He has spent the last several years designing marketing strategies and website funnels for small businesses, with a focus on lead flow, automated sales funnels, digital courses, and webinars.
